The Scheduler module allows viewing of all job status information down to the detail component through the drill down feature
on one screen. This viewing can be filtered by Project No, Client, Account Exec., Production Manager, Media type and Team.
The CAM feature in this module, "change action memo's", is used to tag time stamped memo's of exception to the job project
status keeping authorized personnel up to date on job exceptions and situations.
Keeping clients aware of Job Schedule is accomplished with the Client Action Report a reminder showing the clients tasks
and their status. This can be eMailed in real time.
The production cycle can have up to forty-two steps configured to the way you do business. The color coded steps show the
todo’s, warning within one day of due, late and complete.
The vendor work load status shows the status of open Projects by vendor. This tool assists in not overbooking any one
vendor as all production people are now aware of all open projects a vendor is working on.
